Q. How does the service work?
A. Customer will either call or email their
request for service, preferably with 48 hour notice. Assisted Errands
will up front the cost of the errand for up to $200.00. Any errand/errands
that run over $200.00, will require a deposit up front. Balance due
will be collected at the completion of the errand.
Q. How can payment be made?
A. Payment can be made by cash, check, or money order. A $25.00 fee
will be charged for all returned checks.
Q. Do you transport passengers?
A. At this time Assisted Errands is not able to transport
passengers due to insurance issues. Hopefully at some point in the
future, this service will be available to customers.
Q. Do you provide any medical services?
A. No, Assisted Errands helps only with non-medical services.
However, for customers who have recently gotten out of the hospital
and cannot drive or get around well, this service can be of great
assistance.
Q. Is there a limit on the errands that you
will run?
A. All errands must be legal in nature. If
you need a particular errand run that is not listed, please ask.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
